SELETTI DAILY AESTHETICS CAKE STAND

The design of this quirky one tiered porcelain cake stand is inspired by plastic and paper plates.Part of the Daily Aesthetics range by Italian design group Seletti, the collection takes popular disposable items and recreates them. Tin cans become kitchen storage jars, plastic bottles become elegant decanters and milk cartons become jugs.The range includes ring pull storage cans, side plates, dinner plates, cereal bowls, rectangular bowls, ring pull salt and pepper shakers, milk jugs, trays and an ice cream bowl. This elegant cake stand has two plates for cakes or sandwiches making it the ideal companion for an afternoon tea. Its handle aids ease of movement and it is microwave and dishwasher safe.
